  • Free shipping on orders over $99 (standard threshold applies at checkout)
  • Rates calculated at checkout via USPS and UPS
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout via Canada Post
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

🇪🇺 European Union (25 Countries)

  • Free shipping on orders over €99
  • Flat rate EU Standard Ground: €9–€17 EUR depending on destination
  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

EU countries covered include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

🇩🇪 Germany

  • Standard DE Ground Shipping: €8 EUR (free on qualifying orders)
  • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • EU Export Standard Ground: £12–£35 GBP depending on order size
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Orders may be subject to UK import duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient

🇨🇭 Non-EU Customs (Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)

  • Shipping rates: €20–€55 EUR depending on destination and order size
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Orders are subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may add additional time to delivery.

🌏 Asia

  • Rates calculated at checkout via UPS, USPS, and DHL
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient

International Shipping — Duties & Customs

For all international orders outside the United States, Canada, and the EU, please be aware:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • Premier Spike is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
  • We are unable to mark international orders as "gifts" to avoid customs fees
  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
