I had to contact suport 2x: 1st to ask about the dimensions and delivery time and 2nd to check if they had a delivery prevision date. Both the staff was absolutely attentive and helpful. I want to highlight the 2nd because I live in Brazil and had a guy to bring the kit from US, he would leave on 01/01 and I was worried it wouldn't get on time, they saw it didn't was send for some reason and crete a 3 days delivery, fortunately the kit was delivered on 12/31!!! Premier spike is incredible, love the kit and its quality.
