Refund policy

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What can be returned
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

How to start a return

US orders: start your return in our returns portal. Once it's approved, you'll get a prepaid return label and instructions.
Orders outside the US: email support@premierspike.com and we'll send you return instructions. EU customers using the 14-day right of withdrawal (below) can also start a withdrawal here.

Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping cost
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost of the prepaid return label is deducted from your refund. If you added Redo Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, return shipping is free.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. Contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, and we'll make it right. You won't be charged return shipping in these cases. Manufacturing defects are also covered by our warranty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, then place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order ships to the European Union, you can also cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For return shipping costs and refund timing, see our Right of Withdrawal page.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@premierspike.com.

A MUST FOR ROUNDNET

Got my net about a month and a half ago, and I just gotta say THIS THING IS THE BEST. Y’all designed a net that blows the pro net out of the water, and makes the mammoth look like a premier net wannabe. Everyone who plays on it loves it, and they are truly amazed when I am able not only to sit on the rims, but hop (for lack of better terms) on it like y’all did in one of your strength tests. You have truly innovated the sport.

Solid as a rock!

My friends and I play mainly on the beach. This set is so solid. No warping, no moving around. Just set it up and play. After the first day, the net does not need to be constantly adjusted. It doesn’t keep stretching as the games go on. No more adjusting the net every other game. You can definitely tell when the ball hits the rim, but you don’t have to worry about the rim moving around after getting hit. It just stays put. Very solid and very consistent. Love it.

Won’t play on anything else

I’ve been playing Roundnet competitively for the last 5 years, and after playing with Premier Spike sets and balls for the last 2 months, I’m so convinced that this is the best product for our sport.
